With this trimming table, four people can simultaneously clean and prepare products for further processing steps. The mobile table has four removable cutting boards and two waste chutes for easy waste disposal. It simplifies the trimming and segmenting of lettuce, fruit and vegetables. The open stainless steel construction is very easy to clean.

The trimming table is available in different versions: for one, four, six, eight or ten people.

Ergonomic working height

Thanks to the height adjustment, the table enables an ergonomic working height.

Optimally adapted for connection to belt cutting machines

The trimming table is ideal for connection to a belt cutting machine, in which the prepared products are then cut. It can, however, also be used individually or for preparing products for processing in other machines.

The crate support at the side allows crates with raw goods to be set down.

Crate holder

The trimming table can be equipped with side-mounted shelves onto which crates containing raw produce can be placed. This enables an efficient and ergonomic work process.

Standard containers can be set down directly on the trimming station with the storage shelf.

Attachment for standard containers

This attachment enables the easy preparation of the raw material directly from the standard containers at viewing height.

The dividing insert attached to the table can be used for cutting elongatedproducts.

Dividing appliance for tabletop mounting with three cutting modes

With the dividing appliance, long products such as cucumbers, zucchini/courgettes or leeks can be divided lengthwise. The following inserts are available: cut in half, cut in half and core or cut into 4, 6 or 8 pieces (up to 10 pieces for leeks), with or without coring. Depending on the diameter of the vegetables, inserts can be used to reduce the size of the opening.
