Export Area Manager for Europe, Southwestern Asia and Oceania

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Acquiring new customers / Looking after existing customers
  • Independently preparing tenders and offers with support from the in-house sales administrator
  • Conducting strategic discussions and negotiations with customers
  • Supporting and implementing marketing activities
  • Handling direct sales of machines to end customers
  • Providing technical support and advice for retailers and their customers
  • Maintaining the CRM system
  • Conducting tests and machine demonstrations

Your qualifications

  • A successfully completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, Food Technology or a comparable subject
  • Several years of professional experience in selling capital goods
  • Willingness to work in field sales for 50–100 days
  • Good to very good English and French skills; further language skills are desirable
  • The ability to work under pressure and good communication and negotiation skills
  • A distinct technical understanding and basic Microsoft Office skills are helpful
