KRONEN at the IFFA 2022

Celebrating the premiere of the DEW 200 dewatering press:

The IFFA 2022 will mark the premiere of the DEW 200 dewatering press, which is somewhat delayed due to the postponement of the event as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The press was actually developed in cooperation with a sausage manufacturer back in 2020. It facilitates the quick and gentle removal of excess liquid from canned, pickled or defrosted vegetables, thus helping to avoid long draining times.

Visitors can experience the DEW 200 live and in person at the trade show booth of the KRONEN partner sterilAir® from May 14 to 19.

This year’s trade show for the meat market is also placing an important focus on technologies for alternative proteins. The KRONEN team is happy to provide you with more information on our solutions in this area, which are already being used successfully by a multitude of customers. These solutions include cutting and pulling tofu with the GS 10-2 belt cutting machine, which will also be presented at the booth.
