Customer Service Engineer / Technician

Your tasks

Commissioning and testing new systems at our production facility before shipping
Commissioning systems at our customers’ facilities throughout Germany and occasionally throughout Europe
Performing maintenance and servicing work on technical systems
Fault diagnosis and correction on site
Customer service and advice

Completed training in the field of industrial mechanics, mechatronics, electrical engineering or an equivalent qualification
Willingness to travel for work
Good communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a strong service orientation
Independent and reliable working approach
Good German skills; good English skills also advantageous
Class B driving license
SAP skills advantageous
