Application examples

With the GS 10-2 belt cutting machine and different knife options, products can be produced in excellent, uniform quality: With the tearing knife, for example, you can process up to 500 kg of “pulled meat” per hour - different fiber widths and lengths are possible. The 2-wing knife with infinitely variable cutting thickness adjustment from 1 to 50 mm is ideal for cutting fresh and frozen sausage, for example, but also salad leaves and herbs - for a capacity of 120 to 1500 kg/h, depending on the product.

The KS-100 PLUS vegetable and salad spin-dryer is ideal for spinning all kinds of herbs, vegetables and salad, as well as defrosted pieces of peppers or onions that have been washed beforehand. The draining times for canned products can be considerably reduced, e.g. mushrooms, pineapple, shrimps, tuna, etc.
