We offer individual solutions for processing bakery products or fruit and vegetables required for bakery and patisserie products: with maximum quality, hygiene, efficiency and flexibility.

Optimized solutions for bakery and patisserie products

At KRONEN, we offer special solutions for processing bakery products as well as fruit and vegetables used for the production of bakery products and patisserie and sweet baked goods. Our machines can, for example,

  • Peel, core and core out apples - for making slices and segments for baked goods (e.g. cake topping) or fruit salad
  • Spin-dry canned fruit and vegetables - for further processing in baked goods, confectionery or convenience products (e.g. sandwiches, wraps, baguettes)
  • Cut baked goods (e.g. dumpling bread) and package (e.g. breadcrumbs)
  • Wash, treat and disinfect raisins (e.g. for raisin cake, cookies or apple strudel)
  • as well as packaging, containers and (packaged) food using UVC

Your benefits

Our solutions are application-optimized: Both the cutting machines and the spin-dryers, which are suitable for use in bakery operations, process the products efficiently, cleanly and gently - and ensure a result with perfect quality.

The AS 6 apple peeling and cutting machine is particularly flexible in use. It can peel, core and flexibly cut apples into segments and slices. A large selection of serrated knives, cut-out tubes and dividing stars enables a wide variety of cuts. The machine can process three apples at the same time. Therefore, a capacity of up to 900 apples per hour is achieved, which is equivalent to approximately 135 kg per hour (at 150 g/apple).

Alternatively, for smaller capacities the apple peeling and cutting machines AS 4 and AS 2 offer a good choice.

Processing with the GS 10-2 belt cutting machine, which can be supplemented with a horizontal outfeed belt, takes place in a continuous process - and is therefore 100 % efficient without any loss of time. In addition, a selection of knives for different cuts is also available for this cutting machine.

An alternative is offered by the GS 20 belt cutting machine for higher capacities.

Application examples

The same applies to processing with theGS 20 belt cutting machine, which allows even higher capacities

The vegetable and salad spin-dryer KS-100 PLUS is perfect for spinning herbs, vegetables and all kinds of salad, as well as canned fruit, for example. Draining times for canned goods can be significantly reduced. KRONEN spin-dryers have a mechanical locking system for the lids and a low lift height - this makes operation particularly easy and ergonomic.

The GEWA 3850T PLUS washing machine is specially designed for pre-cleaning, washing, disinfecting, treating and rinsing raisins and other dried fruit – with increased washing efficiency and extra-effective product discharge. It can process up to 800 kg of dried fruit per hour.
