We also harness these benefits for our own use by optimizing the production of our KRONEN machines and lines with more efficient workflows, which in turn enables us to further improve our customer orientation.

We are continuously developing both our food processing solutions and our internal processes and methods. A central aspect of this optimization is the increasing conversion of our processes to production using digital channels. Every employee in our production departments has access to a PC workstation and therefore to 3D models of machines, engineering drawings, important information, and digital tools for precise and efficient documentation and communication.
Digitalization has already enabled us to accelerate and optimize a multitude of processes involved in our production activities, for example making amendments to engineering drawings after machines have been constructed and making them visible to all employees immediately after finalization to ensure that all work is completed based on the latest version of each drawing. By doing so, we achieve significant time savings because drawings no longer need to be printed out and manually replaced. We also save paper as an added bonus. By avoiding printed drawings and documents, we conserve valuable resources and make an active contribution toward more sustainability and environmental protection.

Our digital workstations enable our employees to access all important data on components, parts lists, and drawings directly at their desks at all times.
